Description du poste

You will join the Global Sales Communication team within the Central Communication Department and contribute to international projects that enhance Believe’s commercial impact with artists, labels, investors, and partners.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Global coordination & team support (50%)

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of global commercial communication projects

  • Centralize and report local news, chart rankings, award wins, and key signings

  • Organize and lead meetings with Local Social & Sales Communication Managers (LSSCMs)

  • Update and manage the global Sales Communication calendar & roadmap

  • Organize and track the budget for the annual Global Sales Communication Seminar

  • Manage the internal audiovisual studio (bookings, equipment, schedules)

2. Editorial & video content support (25%)

  • Support the production of artist & label interview formats: artist sourcing, logistics, budget follow-up

  • Participate in the development of new creative content formats (interviews, live sessions, etc.)

3. Events & strategic marketing support (25%)

  • Assist with client events (Amplify Events, Innovative Sessions, label launches, etc.)

  • Support the production of HighNotes content (PowerPoint, infographics, reports)

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a master’s program in marketing, communication, or event management

  • Previous internship/apprenticeship experience preferred

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Digitally savvy, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced environments

  • Strong interest in AI tools and their applications in communication and content creation – able to proactively suggest new ideas and AI-powered solutions to improve processes and creativity

  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative

  • Design & video skills (Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite) are a plus
