Job Description

As Global Corporate & Internal Communications Intern, you will be part of the Global Corporate Communications Department within the Global Marketing & Communications Department. You will report to the PR Senior Manager and the Internal Communication Manager, encompassing two complementary communications functions. Within this cross-functional role, you’ll work with both central and local teams helping to foster a positive and collaborative environment, support the smooth coordination of global and local announcements and centralize reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Communications and PR support : Support the corporate communications and PR managers in executing announcements, speaking opportunities and reporting.
  • Local communications coordination and reporting : Assist in coordinating local announcements and reporting.
  • Content creation : Contribute to the creation and distribution of internal communications materials such as newsletters, emails, articles and visual assets.
  • Events management : Assist in the organization of company events and meetings for internal stakeholders (showcases, webinars, annual party, etc.).
  • Internal Communications channels day-to-day run : Help maintain and update the company's intranet and internal communication channels.
  • Internal communication strategy support : Support the internal communications manager in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, propose innovative ideas and assist in measuring the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns.
  • Administrative support Provide general administrative support to the PR and internal communications team.

Qualifications

  • Education – Currently pursuing a Master degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • Communication skills – You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good level of English – You are fluent in English and can handle professional conversations.
  • Organization – Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Autonomy – Ability to be independent and take initiative.
  • Creative tools – Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Canva.
  • Special appetite for Music would be a plus – You like music and have a strong interest in the music industry.
