Job Description
Sentric Music is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic Product, Engineering, and Insights teams to create and deliver products that empower us in leading the music industry in fairness and exceptional service.

Building on an extended period of success, Sentric is growing rapidly both in our London office and our new Liverpool HQ. The successful candidate could work from either office on a hybrid basis. Our policy is to entrust our people to make effective decisions in balancing their personal and professional lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for product success.
- Contribute to product strategy and vision.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize value delivery.
- Analyse feedback and data for informed decisions.
- Plan new product features and changes.
- Work closely with engineering for efficient delivery.
- Present new ideas to stakeholders.
- Create product timelines and roadmaps.
- Oversee project management processes.
- Understand users and the market.
- Act as a product evangelist for awareness and understanding.
Qualifications
The Product Manager will play a crucial role in guiding the development and success of our products and will be required to bring a wealth of skills and experience.

- People management experience or mentoring skills.
- Experience with UX/UI principles.
