Title: Senior Motion Designer
Reporting to the Corporate Marketing department, a Senior Motion Designer is an integral part of the Marketing Brand & Creative team. They collaborate across the Marketing org to develop engaging and compelling motion-based campaigns and videos, which drive impactful business outcomes. They bring our brand to life through brand videos, sizzle reels, UI animations, social campaigns, commercials, and more, by delivering upon strategic creative briefs, collaborating with stakeholders, and proposing fresh motion-based concepts and ideas. They are design leaders, driving a culture of design excellence and inspiring the company through clever storytelling and impeccable craft.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop motion-based creative campaigns from start to finish, creating dynamic, high-quality motion graphics and animations that explain our solutions
- Execute brand and marketing assets with expert use of motion, typography and layout across all platforms, including: sizzle reels, social media campaigns, digital ads, website and landing pages, collateral, presentation decks, eBooks and emails
- Present creative work to stakeholders both within and outside of the marketing department
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop effective visual storytelling strategies
- Create and maintain motion design guidelines across marketing materials
- Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
We’d love to chat if you have:
- At least six years of motion design experience
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing motion design, typography, and visual design skills
- Strong conceptual abilities and a talent for storytelling
- Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly convey design intent, can advocate for your work, and suggest alternative ideas to peers and managers
- Committed to maintaining a high standard of creative quality for yourself and others, while always striving to find the best solution to meet company goals
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills, collaborative mindset, and adept at working cross-functionally
- Experience in B2B or tech environments preferred

Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
