About the Role:

As an L&D Analyst working from our Bangalore office, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our global learning and development materials to support employee growth and organizational capability building worldwide. Reporting directly to the Director, HR (India) you will collaborate and work directly with the Director, People Partners (US) to create engaging, effective learning resources that drive professional development across our entire global workforce.

This role is perfect for someone who embodies our "Curious" posture – you'll constantly learn from industry best practices, seek feedback to refine learning materials, stay updated on L&D trends, and experiment with new approaches to make learning more effective across diverse global markets. You'll learn from both successes and challenges while sharing knowledge across our international teams and building mastery in learning analytics and content development.

Position Responsibilities:

Global Content Development & Knowledge Sharing:

· Develop comprehensive training materials including presentation decks, learning guides, one-pagers, and digital resources for our worldwide workforce based on provided templates and core content frameworks

· Create and maintain SharePoint sites and learning repositories to ensure easy global access to professional development resources

· Build support materials and case studies showcasing how employees across all regions have successfully utilized professional development programs

· Update and maintain existing learning content to reflect current best practices, company policies, and global industry standards

Analytics & Continuous Learning:

· Compile, analyze, and report on professional development program utilization data from all global locations to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

· Support the measurement and evaluation of learning program effectiveness through data collection and analysis across multiple regions

· Stay current on international L&D industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches into our global learning ecosystem

· Regularly test and refine content based on learner feedback and program metrics from diverse global audiences

Global Collaboration & Growth:

· Work closely with your US-based manager while collaborating with HR team members across all global offices to ensure learning materials align with regional needs and cultural contexts

· Assist in the coordination of learning initiatives across multiple time zones, cultural contexts, and global markets

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of L&D processes and systems based on user feedback and program metrics from our worldwide workforce

· Share insights and learnings with colleagues across all regions to enhance our collective global L&D capabilities

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related field

· 2+ years of experience in learning and development, content creation, or HR analytics

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in content development tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, learning management systems)

· Strong analytical skills with experience in data compilation and basic reporting

· Experience with HR information systems and data analysis tools preferred Core Competencies:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to create clear, engaging learning materials for diverse global audiences

· AI-forward mindset with experience leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation, data analysis, and learning personalization in day-to-day L&D operations

· Experience working with international teams and understanding of cultural considerations in global learning design

· Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills across multiple time zones

· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams worldwide

· Comfort working with US-based leadership while executing locally from our India office

Preferred Qualifications:

· Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts

· Demonstrated curiosity about global learning trends and willingness to experiment with new L&D approaches

· Experience seeking and incorporating feedback to improve learning outcomes across diverse cultural contexts
