We are seeking a Technical Implementation Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level SaaS implementations with a strong technical lens. This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, solution architecture, and client engagement, acting as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders. In this role you will lead technically complex deployments (SSO, APIs, custom integrations), mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement across implementation practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Delivery & Technical Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SaaS implementations for enterprise and global customers
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert across integrations, configuration, and platform capabilities (SSO, APIs, data flows, analytics)
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with Avetta best practices
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding solution design and implementation approach
Project Execution
- Own project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent implementations
- Drive structured delivery across key phases: requirements gathering, configuration, integration, UAT, and go-live
- Partner with global and regional teams to coordinate delivery for multi-region implementations
- Ensure high-quality execution with a focus on predictability, scalability, and customer satisfaction
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and IT to deliver integrated solutions
- Act as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams
- Influence roadmap discussions by surfacing client needs and technical insights
Process Improvement & Enablement
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase delivery efficiency and consistency
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation, playbooks, and best practices
- Mentor and support junior team members; provide guidance on technical and project delivery challenges
Reporting & Metrics
- Track and report on key delivery metrics including:
- Implementation cycle time
- Delivery quality and defect rates
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
PREFERRED EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- PMP, PgMP, CSM, or equivalent certification
- Experience working with supply chain, compliance, or risk platforms
- Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or professional services organization
- 3-5 years of experience in technical project management or implementation delivery within a SaaS environment
- Proven experience leading enterprise or global client implementations
- Strong knowledge of:
- SaaS delivery models and client lifecycle
- API integrations, SSO (SAML/OAuth), and data exchange frameworks
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
