SUMMARY

The Video Producer will bring fresh ideas and a strong vision to elevate how Avetta shows up in the market. The Video Producer will combine strategic leadership with hands-on production expertise to bring the Avetta brand and value to life through video. This role will own video strategy, operations, and execution across all marketing functions, developing concepts, managing production, and editing content when needed. The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller, strategist, and technician: someone who can plan a large-scale brand film one day, then jump in to cut, caption, and optimize a product demo or social clip the next.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A creative eye and technical skillset—you’re as comfortable behind a timeline as you are in a strategy meeting.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset—able to adapt to shifting priorities and still deliver exceptional quality.
  • A desire to build something new: a modern, efficient, brand-led video function that fuels Avetta’s marketing transformation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Video Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and own comprehensive video strategy and roadmap for Avetta’s marketing organization—covering brand, product, demand generation, training, events, and social.
  • Define how video supports the buyer journey, internal storytelling, and external brand perception.
  • Establish clear KPIs for performance, engagement, and ROI.
  • Manage current tools and recommend and implement new video platforms, tools, and software.
  • Partner closely with brand, content, product marketing and demand gen leads to ensure video efforts align with strategic campaigns and narratives.
  • Partner with teams outside of marketing to align video processes.

Creative & Technical Execution

  • Oversee and manage the full video production lifecycle: concepting, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, graphics, and post-production.
  • Serve as the primary hands-on producer/editor for key marketing videos—cutting and editing assets directly when and if needed.
  • Edit and format clips for multi-channel use (social, web, events, sales enablement, internal comms).
  • Manage sound design, color grading, subtitles, and accessibility standards.
  • Ensure all content adheres to Avetta’s brand guidelines and visual identity system.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Product Marketing: Translate complex solution stories into compelling demos, product launch and explainer videos.
  • Customer Marketing: Create compelling stories that show real customer impact and results.
  • Demand Generation: Create campaign and paid media video assets that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Product Training / L&D: Align messaging, tone, and style across marketing and product education videos.
  • Events & Brand: Partner on sizzle reels, keynotes, and event openers

Video Operations & Governance

  • Own the video asset library—storage, organization, tagging, and accessibility across internal teams.
  • Establish governance around AI use, rights management, licensing, and brand compliance.
  • Create repeatable processes for requesting, producing, and distributing videos across departments.
  • Manage video timelines, resource planning, and content calendars.

Budget & Vendor Management

    • Manage the annual video production budget and allocate spend across in-house and outsourced work.
    • Manage external production partners, freelancers, and agencies as needed.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

  • 4–8 years of experience in video production, content marketing, or brand communications.
  • Proven ability to plan, produce, and edit video content across formats (brand, product, social, event).
  • Proficiency in industry-standard editing and motion tools.
  • Strong understanding of video production workflows, storytelling, and brand expression.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing video management and AI-assisted production tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects.
  • Strong collaborator with excellent communication and presentation skills.
