The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) is responsible for managing end-to-end implementation projects for Avetta’s Worker Management (WM) product through successful project completion. The IPM serves as a primary point of contact and a key representative of Avetta’s relationship with the client.

This role requires deep expertise in the Avetta platform, strong working knowledge of worker management processes, and the ability to lead complex implementations through effective project management, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of Worker Management (WM) for new clients and for existing client expansions.
  • Lead and facilitate client kick-off meetings, setting expectations for scope, timelines, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Ensure client configuration and business requirements documentation is accurate, complete, and formally approved, including successful completion of user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Define, manage, and deliver against detailed project plans, adhering to internal processes and timelines to ensure client and Avetta expectations are met (including project goals, timelines, contractor onboarding, and client engagement).
  • Present and implement best-practice workflows, partnering with clients to align their internal processes with the Avetta platform.
  • Actively engage in, monitor, and drive contractor/supplier onboarding activities, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand and advise on use-case scenarios involving standard versus non-standard configurations.
  • Verify completion of internal testing for configurations and any developed functionality prior to client delivery.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on implementation processes, workflows, timelines, and best practices.
  • Continuously analyze and improve implementation processes and procedures for both new and existing clients.
  • Provide structured product feedback to Product Management, including client requirements, gaps, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Collaborate directly with Product teams on system enhancements informed by client feedback and Worker Management product strategy.
  • Maintain, update, and improve implementation-related project documentation and resources.
  • Conduct occasional onsite client visits to better understand client operations, processes, and requirements to support discovery and solution design.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish with the ability to conduct professional verbal and written communication with clients and suppliers.
  • Excellent communication skills — interpersonal, written, and public speaking.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Comfortable using technology and able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when monitoring data and analyzing reports related to worker performance, client satisfaction, and user adoption.
  • Proven ability to hold stakeholders accountable, manage deadlines, and navigate escalation processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Ability to analyze and improve job processes and protocols while anticipating and managing change in a fast-paced, global business environment.
  • Ability to identify, engage, and manage necessary resources, including personnel and budget considerations.
  • Ability to adapt communication style and shift discussion direction based on client feedback or changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and efficiently.

IDEAL EDUCATION & TRAINING:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred; equivalent experience may be accepted.
  • 3 years of project management and/or software implementation experience, preferably within SaaS environments.
  • Experience using project management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus.

The salary range included in this job posting is based on internal and market data and the role's responsibilities. The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, with a potential bonus.
