SUMMARY
The Document verification team lead will be part of the supplier services team, will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the document verification team, and will work on verifying Health and Safety documents, and supplier provided information (citations, working hours, license, EMR etc.), the associate will also be asked to provide feedback (rejection notes), report modifications (changes required), and re-verifications
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Team Leader is responsible / accountable for all aspects of day-to-day operations of the Document verification team
- Ensure day-to-day work assignments to the team
- Be hands-on during training and ramping up of the teams and as needed based on workload
- Assisting with the development of policies, processes and reports relating to Team performance
- Measure and report SLA & KPI’s daily/weekly/monthly reports outlining individual and/or team performance
- Providing regular one-on-one coaching sessions for performance and career development
- Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations and encourages team participation
- Monitor training plans for new recruits and assist in training
- Provide task-based training as required
- Facilitating team meetings and/or activities.
- Leads by example in work ethic and treats all staff members equally
- Encourages innovation and feedback from Team Members
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Responding to escalated email-based enquiries
IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TRAINING: (IDEAL CANDIDATE)
- 5+ years of experience of working on any web-portal related to data uploading, modifications and verification activities
- Should have at least 2 years of people/team management experience
- Should have experience in work assignment, measure, report and drive SLA and KPI’s
- Experience in setting up and establishing a brand-new team
- MS Office (word and excel) is a must
- Good command over written & spoken English
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Engage with global teams and flexible with work timings as required
