We're on the lookout for a seasoned System Administrator to bolster our dynamic IT department and work as the business partner within our accounting organization. This position will play a key role in review and integration of our system landscape. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, implement, and refine our accounting ecosystem including NetSuite, Zuora, OneStream
  • Lead EPR integration project to migrate legacy systems to new implementation of NetSuite including configuration of NetSuite in accordance with best practices
  • Lead the implementation, operation, and maintenance of NetSuite design, concepts, and processes
  • Implement and manage ticketing system for accounting system change management tracking open cases to resolution in order of priority
  • Respond to support requests troubleshooting issues in NetSuite and related products
  • Help to create and maintain all system documentation
  • Complete project tasks as assigned, on time and budget
  • Perform and document system testing for upgrades, updates, enhancements, and preview releases
  • Act as resource to accounting and finance teams for system configuration best practices
  • Create and execute requested changes including configuration, reporting, scripting, and workflows
  • Adhere to regulatory and internal control requirements
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements; create process flows and document solutions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of ars of hands-on experience as a System Administrator, specializing in NetSuite, iPaaS, SQL and .NET
  • Knowledge of ITGCs and experience working in SOC, ISO, and SOX compliant environments
  • Sharp analytical skills coupled with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues with ease
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for leading a team and collaborating effectively across departments
  • Proven experience working in a team under pressure to meet deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as a team-lead preferred
  • Experience with OneStream preferred
  • Experience with iPaas (Boomi or Workato) preferred
