The Senior Endpoint Engineer is responsible for the design, deployment, and ongoing management of Allica Bank’s endpoint environment across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
The role ensures devices are secure, compliant, and efficiently managed at scale through modern tooling, automation, and best practice controls.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support endpoint platforms using Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, and related tooling.
Deliver zero-touch provisioning through Windows Autopilot and Apple Automated Device Enrolment.
Maintain standardised device builds, configurations, and policies across all endpoints.
Enforce endpoint security controls including encryption, antivirus, firewall, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
Support compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Package, deploy, and maintain applications across managed devices.
Integrate endpoint management with Azure AD / Entra ID and Conditional Access policies.
Contribute to automate, process improvement and IT projects such a device rollout, office moves and infrastructure updates
Monitor device health, compliance, asset status, and security posture, producing regular reporting and insights.
Act as an escalation point for complex endpoint and remote access issues, including VPN technologies such as Netskope.
Personal Attributes & Experience
Strong experience managing endpoint environments in enterprise organisations.
Expertise in Microsoft 365, endpoint security, and modern device management.
Experience with Intune, Jamf, Autopilot, ABM, and compliance-driven endpoint controls.
Scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Bash, Power Automate
Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and service improvement capability.
Experience mentoring others and supporting operational and project
