Overview
We are looking for a highly capable, commercially minded generalist to join Allica Bank in a senior individual contributor role. This person will operate across growth, strategy, and execution. Identifying high-impact opportunities and driving them end-to-end.
This is not a traditional marketing or strategy role. You will act as an internal operator, working on ambiguous, high-priority problems across the business and delivering measurable outcomes.
What you’ll do
Own and deliver high-impact projects across growth, product, and commercial functions
Identify opportunities through data, customer insight, and first-principles thinking
Move from problem definition → strategy → execution without heavy oversight
Partner with teams across marketing, product, operations, and leadership
Rapidly test and implement new growth initiatives (channels, propositions, processes)
Use technology and automation to improve speed and efficiency

Bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution
Example problem areas you might own:
Design and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes targeting priority SME segments
Build or optimize Revenue Operations (RevOps) frameworks across marketing, sales, and onboarding
Improve lead-to-revenue conversion funnels (e.g. acquisition → underwriting → activation)
Identify and execute new growth channels or partnerships
Implement tooling, automation, or AI workflows to increase commercial efficiency

Diagnose and fix bottlenecks across the commercial lifecycle
What we’re looking for:
5–10+ years' experience in strategy, consulting, growth, or operational roles
Background in top-tier consulting, high-growth startups, or similar environments
Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and execution
Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
Commercial mindset with a clear focus on outcomes and impact
Comfortable working across disciplines (marketing, product, ops, data)
Experience or exposure to ABM, RevOps, or end-to-end growth systems is a strong plus
Fast learner with strong interest in leveraging technology and tools
