About Allica Bank
Allica is the UK’s fastest growing company - and the fastest-growing financial technology (Fintech) firm ever. Our purpose is to help established SMEs, one of the last major underserved opportunities in Fintech.
Established SMEs are the backbone of local communities - representing over a third of our economy - yet have been largely neglected both by traditional high street banks and modern fintech providers.
Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant – Growth & Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to drive insight, measurement, and strategic optimisation across our growth and ABM initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data analytics, and commercial decision-making, enabling the business to focus resources on the highest-value accounts and opportunities.
You will be responsible for developing analytical frameworks that inform account prioritization, messaging strategy, channel effectiveness, and ROI. Working closely with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Data teams, you will act as a trusted analytical partner shaping direction through evidence, experimentation, and clear recommendations.
This is not a campaign delivery role. Success is defined by the quality of insight, rigour of analysis, and impact on business outcomes.
Principal Accountabilities
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyse large, multi-source datasets to identify high-value accounts, segments, and growth opportunities.
Develop account and audience prioritisation models based on behavioural, firmographic, and performance data.
Generate insights on customer needs, decision drivers, and engagement patterns to inform ABM strategy.
Define and monitor end-to-end growth and ABM KPIs, from engagement through pipeline creation and revenue impact.
Strategic Recommendations
Partner with Growth and Marketing leaders to shape ABM and growth strategy using data-driven insights.
Provide analytical input into campaign planning, including hypothesis development, success metrics, and measurement design.
Support Sales alignment by analysing outreach effectiveness and identifying opportunities to improve targeting and sequencing.
Experimentation & Optimisation
Design, evaluate, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests across messaging, targeting, channels, and sequencing.
Quantify incremental impact and ROI to guide investment and prioritisation decisions.
Translate test results into clear recommendations for scaling or iteration.
Reporting & Communication
Design and deliver insightful, visually compelling presentations to communicate key findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Maintain regular reporting dashboards for ongoing monitoring of acquisition performance.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted consultant to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions through structured analysis and clear storytelling.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Growth, and Data teams to ensure insights are actionable and adopted.
-
Champion analytical rigour, experimentation, and continuous improvement across growth initiatives.
Personal Attributes & Experience
4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth tech startup, top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or similar
Hands-on and proactive, with a “make it happen” attitude.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
Strong analytical toolkit (e.g. SQL, Excel, BI tools; Python/R a plus but not essential).
Comfortable working with HubSpot and other modern marketing platforms
Strong experience working with large datasets to solve ambiguous commercial problems.
Proven track record designing and analysing experiments (A/B testing, attribution, incrementality).
Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for crafting clear and persuasive presentations.
Works quickly, collaboratively, without compromising on quality, and has high attention to detail.
Has a strong sense of will-to-win - looking to grow fast and learn quickly within a rapidly scaling organisation.
-
Have a track record of being a top performer in several different areas, through your career.
