About Allica Bank
Allica is the UK’s fastest growing company - and the fastest-growing financial technology (Fintech) firm ever. Our purpose is to help established SMEs, one of the last major underserved opportunities in Fintech.
Established SMEs are the backbone of local communities - representing over a third of our economy - yet have been largely neglected both by traditional high street banks and modern fintech providers.
Role Description
Generating new business is essential to our growth, and a key route is through partnerships with engaged broker firms who regularly refer SME clients to Allica based on trust and incentives. Our Broker business rewards account (BRA) Sales Team works closely with trusted advisers to established SMEs, particularly their brokers.
As a Broker BRA Sales Executive, you will build and maintain strong relationships with broker firms across the UK. Your focus is securing new Business Rewards Accounts and managing the full client journey from generating referrals to onboarding and delivering funded accounts. For lending needs, you will coordinate introductions back to the original broker to ensure customers receive a whole‑of‑market view. You will work closely with internal stakeholders in the broker finance team, leveraging existing introducer relationships and conducting proactive outreach to firms on our panel. Using a consultative sales approach, you will grow Allica’s presence across broker stakeholders and offices.
You will manage ongoing relationships with onboarded brokers, developing them into consistent referrers known for valuing Allica’s service. This includes collaborating with customer services and maintaining regular contact to support their activity.
The role may involve regional travel and B2B sales and account‑management experience is essential, including stakeholder management, revenue generation and portfolio reporting. You may also work with accountancy firms that have commercial finance arms and wish to be remunerated for their introductions.
Principal Accountabilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial finance broker firms, driving engagement across cold outreach, inbound interest and active referrers, and guiding them to become consistent introducers.
Build trusted, consultative relationships with broker firms, increasing Allica’s visibility across their teams and establishing the bank as their most recommended partner.
Introduce and support adoption of the Business Rewards Account and cash‑management products, overseeing the full onboarding, funding and usage journey for clients.
Qualify lending opportunities and ensure firms are correctly aligned with their original brokers for products such as commercial mortgages and asset finance.
Manage a portfolio of onboarded clients, being the point of contact for complex enquiries and providing a best-in-class service.
Ensure strong onboarding, communication and service that builds credibility with both customers and introducers, supporting the growth of our customer base.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, attend events and webinars, and provide firms with knowledge packs, marketing support and joint initiatives.
Manage your introducer portfolio through CRM discipline, track progress, meet personal objectives, and uphold compliance and operational standards across all activity.
