Our team looks after brand marketing, communications, partnerships and includes our in house creative studio.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to provide day to day admin and operational support to the wider team, with a focus on marketing activity that enables our Distribution (sales) teams. Reporting to our Partnerships Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the wider marketing and distribution teams, becoming the ‘go-to’ person for marketing operations and sales support, whilst gaining exposure to the broader marketing mix.

This role is ideally suited to a graduate looking to begin a career in marketing, providing an opportunity to quickly ramp up experience in a high growth scale up environment.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Onboarding new sales teams to the business, providing sales collateral, presentations, merchandise, business cards, and training on marketing processes.

  • HubSpot administration: supporting landing pages.

  • Coordinating vendors and suppliers, ensuring we get good value for money and maintain good relationships.

  • Organising & attending regional sales events, expos & webinars , podcasts– from researching topics, venues, speakers to coordinating logistics and insurance, to building invites, programmes and landing pages.

  • Processing finance requests for approved sponsorships/events.

  • Supporting on wider brand, PR, internal communications. employee experience & content production activity.

  • Oversee the coordination of marketing files in our shared server, confluence pages and Hubspot hygiene.
