About Allica Bank

Allica is the UK’s fastest growing company - and the fastest-growing financial technology (Fintech) firm ever. Our purpose is to help established SMEs, one of the last major underserved opportunities in Fintech.

Established SMEs are the backbone of local communities - representing over a third of our economy - yet have been largely neglected both by traditional high street banks and modern fintech providers.

Department Description

We were very excited to announce the acquisition of Kriya, the award-winning SME lending fintech specialising in SME working capital and embedded finance, in October.

This is a brand new role which will form a key part of the Kriya team, solving complex problems through a data-driven analytical approach across all areas of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and dynamic team on the next phase of our growth journey as part of Allica Bank.

This role will be part of the Kriya team working closely with the Kriya General Manager on a daily basis, tackling the most important operational challenges through leveraging a highly analytical and data-driven approach.

The Strategy & Operations Department at Kriya is responsible for ensuring the business runs effectively and scales efficiently. We translate strategic priorities into operational reality by designing processes, leveraging data to deliver key insights, improving performance, and driving alignment across the organization. Working closely with Risk, Finance, Commercial and Operations, we enable Kriya to execute with clarity, speed, and discipline.
