The Fiduciary Sectors Team at Allica Bank provides exceptional service and support to regulated professional services firms in the UK. Including but not limited to, Solicitors, NBFIs, Accountants, Pension Trustees and Insolvency Practitioners.

Role Description

This is a support role in the Fiduciary Sectors Team and involves working closely with the Senior Relationship Manager to support the acquisition of new relationships and nurturing of existing ones.

The role requires a deep understanding of the needs of regulated professional businesses, with a focus on client money but including their banking requirements more generally. The role will include but not be limited to supporting onboarding, due diligence, and day-to-day management of relationships.

The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact and subject matter expert for existing clients and internal stakeholders, providing feedback and insights to inform product development and new initiatives.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Support the Relationship Manager in acquiring and nurturing relationships with regulated professional services firms in the UK.

  • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring all AML/KYC requirements are met.

  • Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing expertise and insight on client related matters.

  • Capture, learn from, and action client feedback to inform product and marketing teams. If something can be improved, make sure your opinion is voiced.

  • Collaborate within the team and wider bank to build relationships and deliver referrals

  • Provide commercial support to the Relationship Manager, assisting with opportunity prospecting and customer acquisition tactics.

  • Maintain the CRM system, supporting the creation of management information (MI) and ongoing reporting.

  • Represent Allica Bank at network events, expos, and conferences, building relationships and creating opportunities through solicitors, independent financial advisors, and the Allica Partnerships Team.

  • Deep expertise and experience servicing professional or corporate clients, with a strong command of AML/KYC compliance—ensuring clients receive seamless onboarding experience.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the development of trusted, long[1]term relationships with financial institutions and professional services clients.

  • Demonstrates proactive ownership and accountability, driving client outcomes with precision and confidence.

  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of working seamlessly across departments to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions.
