Role Description

The marketing & sales operations Manager is responsible for optimizing and scaling the operational backbone of the marketing and sales functions to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and business growth. This role ensures seamless execution across marketing automation, CRM systems, data governance, reporting, and process optimization while aligning marketing and sales efforts with broader strategic objectives.

By leveraging data, technology, and process innovation, the marketing & sales operations Manager will enhance customer and lead management, audience segmentation and campaign performance. They will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, improving workflows, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to maximize efficiency and ROI.

This is a hands-on, analytical role that requires strong technical skills, process optimization expertise, and the ability to work across teams to support scalable growth.

Principal Accountabilities

• Marketing Operations Support: Assist in the development and implementation of strategies that improve marketing and sales operational efficiency, ensuring smooth execution and alignment.

• Marketing Technology Management: Maintain and optimize marketing technology systems, ensuring seamless CRM and automation tool integrations while troubleshooting issues.

• Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure high standards of data accuracy, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and governance across marketing and sales operations.

• Database Management & Segmentation: Manage audience databases to enable targeted engagement, ensuring prospects and customers receive the right messages at the right stage of their journey.

• Marketing Automation Execution: Support the implementation and optimization of automation strategies, including lead scoring, nurturing, and campaign workflows to improve conversion rates.

• Reporting & Analytics: Track key marketing and sales KPIs, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve decision-making and performance optimization.

• Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and data teams to streamline processes, enhance operational effectiveness, and improve lead-to-revenue conversion.

• Marketing & Sales Operations Experience: Proven experience in marketing or sales operations, with a strong understanding of CRM, automation tools, and lead management.

• Data Management & Compliance: Experience working with data governance, GDPR compliance, and maintaining high data integrity standards.

• Technology & Automation Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and workflow integrations.

• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Ability to generate reports, analyze trends, and provide insights using reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).

• Process Optimization & Efficiency Improvements: Experience in refining and improving operational workflows to enhance team productivity.
