Role Description
A varied role to provide pro-active, efficient, accurate and timely administrative support to members of the Executive Team, having experience in using a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) to support these duties.
Principal Accountabilities
- To support the CLO, CRO and CCpO in their day to day activities including schedule management, the preparation of correspondence and other documentation to support the day to day operation of the business.
- Taking minutes and actions for various Committees under the CLO, CRO & CCpO’s remit.
- Scheduling meetings both internal and external as required and providing support to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
- Supporting members of the Executive Team with travel/diary management, finding ways to enable the Executive Team to focus on their core roles.
- Promoting Allica’s culture and bringing new ideas to the team.
- Liaising and working alongside Allica colleagues to ensure customer or colleague outcomes are effectively handled.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, operating procedures and internal controls.
- Establishing and actively managing a personal development plan.
- To deputise to the other Executive Assistants in their absence or as required.
Personal Attributes & Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative assistant, preferably in Risk, Compliance and Lending areas
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Powerpoint and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- A team player who is a good cultural fit with Allica’s values.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional service to both colleagues and customers.
