Role Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team, specializing in custom development projects that enhance user experience, optimize platform performance, and drive business growth. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions within HubSpot, similar CRM platforms, and other systems to support growth.

Principal Accountabilities

Custom Development:

• Optimize and maintain onboarding forms and other web-based forms with API integration to enhance user experience and lead generation.
• Implement and maintain custom HubSpot modules and workflows to automate marketing and sales processes.
• Provide support and maintenance for custom tools on Instapage and other landing pages to ensure smooth performance and continuous optimization.
• Lead the development of Proof of Concept (POC) builds to evaluate the feasibility of new features, technologies, and approaches.
• Quickly prototype and iterate on POC builds to validate key assumptions and technical solutions.
• Leverage Azure Functions or cloud-based solutions to build scalable, serverless integrations and automation that enhance the functionality of CRM and marketing platforms.

Growth-Driven HubSpot Development:

• Develop custom HubSpot integrations to enhance platform capabilities and improve automation across the business.
• Build and integrate HubSpot CRM extensions to streamline customer data management and improve the overall user experience for internal teams.

Tech Integration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various technologies, ensuring smooth data flow across different systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations and ensure all systems work seamlessly together.

Collaboration & Strategy:

• Work closely across the growth team to identify growth opportunities through technical improvements and platform enhancements.
• Support data-driven marketing strategies by building custom solutions that enhance lead generation, segmentation, and automation.

Personal Attributes & Experience

• Proven experience in software development with a focus on custom development in HubSpot and related platforms.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Java/Kotlin,JavaScriptand web technologies including HTML,CSS, JavaScript and JavaScript libraries., Java.
• Hands-on experience in growth-driven development strategies to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Experience with Instapage or similar landing page builders.
• Proficiency in API integration and custom module development within HubSpot.
• Excellent understanding of data flows and integrations between systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Knowledge of HubSpot CRM, email marketing systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of HubSpot CMS development.
• Cloud experience is a plus
• Self-driven to learn new technologies
