Experience

1 .Front-End Development:

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript: Extensive experience in building responsive and accessible web interfaces.
  • Experience with Modern JavaScript Frameworks/Libraries: Familiarity with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, including hands-on experience in developing single-page applications (SPAs).
  • Responsive Design Techniques: Proven ability to implement responsive design principles, ensuring applications function well on a variety of devices and screen sizes.

2. Back-End Development:

  • Proficiency in Back-End Languages: Strong experience with Node.js and/or Python for server-side development, including experience with frameworks such as Express (Node.js) or Django/Flask (Python).
  • API Development and Integration: Experience in designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs, with a solid understanding of API security, scalability, and versioning.
  • Experience with Webhooks: Familiarity with event-driven architecture and experience implementing Webhooks to support integrations and trigger workflows.

3. Database Management:

  • Knowledge of Relational Databases: Experience with relational database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server, including database design, querying, and optimization.

4. Third-Party Integration:

  • Experience Integrating Third-Party APIs: Hands-on experience with integrating external APIs, particularly in relation to CRM systems like HubSpot, to extend application functionality.
  • Understanding of CRM Systems: Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and knowledge of how to customize and extend these platforms through custom applications and API integrations.

5. Prototyping and Proof of Concepts (POCs):

  • Ability to Develop POCs: Demonstrated experience in rapidly prototyping solutions to validate concepts and approaches before full-scale development.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Team Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and contribute to technical discussions.

7. Agile Methodologies:

  • Experience with Agile Development: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including experience working in sprints, participating in stand-ups, and adapting to changing requirements.

8. Version Control and Deployment:

  • Proficiency in Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows.
  • Deployment Experience: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience deploying applications to cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or similar.

9. Attention to Detail and Quality Assurance:

  • Code Quality and Testing: Experience with automated testing, code reviews, and maintaining high code quality standards.

10. Continuous Learning and Adaptability:

  • Willingness to Learn: Ability and enthusiasm to stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve and innovate.
