Role Description

You will focus on executing, managing, and optimizing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Responsibilities include daily monitoring and analysis of campaign performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, MQL, SQL, and cost per lead, with a strong emphasis on A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages. The role also involves experimenting with budget strategies to maximize ROI, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics for data analysis, and implementing tracking mechanisms to assess lead quality and pipeline performance in CRM systems like HubSpot. Collaboration is key, as the role requires working closely with teams to develop and present media investment strategies, deliver campaign performance reports, and coordinate with ad technology vendors to ensure campaign success.

Principal Accountabilities

Campaign Execution, Management, and Optimization:

  • Launch and manage multi-channel paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Daily monitoring and analysis of campaign performance to improve KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, MQL, SQL, and cost per lead.
  • Conduct extensive A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, conversion goals, audience targeting strategies, and landing pages.
  • Experiment with different budget strategies to maximize ROI.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Generate regular reports highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms (Pixels, GA4, API) and analyze lead quality and pipeline in CRM systems like HubSpot.

Team Collaboration and Internal Strategy:

  • Monitor campaign performance, manage spend, troubleshoot issues, and provide performance insights to management.
  • Develop and present media investment strategies based on industry insights and QA reporting.
  • Deliver internal campaign reports, including pacing reports, ad-hoc analysis, and optimizations to enhance performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with ad technology vendors to execute specific campaign requirements.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop comprehensive omnichannel media strategies aimed at achieving business outcomes

Personal Attributes & Experience

  • Proficiency in Google Ads (Search and Display), Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Marketing experience.
  • Strong technical and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret large volumes of data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Experience with analytics, attribution, and measurement systems, such as Google Analytics.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, Index Match, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong initiative, ambition, and a proactive approach to learning and growth within a fast-paced organization.
  • Empathetic, patient, and collaborative attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
  • Certifications in performance marketing or digital marketing are a plus.
