About this role
The Delivery Department oversees the full spectrum of customer Technological services, including new and expansion implementations, and manages all operational activities critical to ensuring the stability and performance of Aidoc products.
The Delivery Six Sigma analyst will join a highly skilled and technically proficient department working in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you’ll join our delivery department and partner with group leaders and project managers to enhance production support and implementation processes while maintaining a high quality of Aidoc’s deliverables. You’ll lead process improvement initiatives across the organization. You’ll focus on identifying inefficiencies, reducing variability, and driving measurable improvements using Six Sigma methodologies
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for optimization
- Advanced analytics of clinical AI setup in production across hundreds of deployments. Assessing setup quality and identifying continuous improvement opportunities
- Identify processes that require scaling and re-design
- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure process performance and improvement impact, as well as departmental efficiency.
- Collaborate with group leaders and project managers to implement sustainable processes and flows
- Support change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Six Sigma certification - advantage
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or BI tools)
- 4+ years of experience in process mapping and improvement, operations, or analytics roles
- Ability to summarize and visualize complex data and insights.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Show attention to detail and the ability to understand complex systems, all while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
- Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate information and ideas in both English and Hebrew
