About this role
We’re looking for a highly collaborative, analytical, and creative problem-solver to join our Customer Success Operations team.
In this role, you’ll help scale the impact of our global Customer Success organization by improving systems, processes, and insights that drive operational excellence and real-world healthcare impact.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve Customer Success processes and documentation to ensure operational excellence.
- Manage and update internal systems, dashboards, and data accuracy across CS platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce).
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales, Product, and Finance) to streamline workflows and align around the customer journey.
- Support business reviews, analytics, and reporting to provide visibility into team performance and customer outcomes.
- Contribute to internal enablement by ensuring tools, content, and processes are up to date and easily accessible.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in Knowledgebase Management.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in knowledge and/or learning management systems such as Confluence, Glean, Highspot, Seismic, Letter AI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Team player with a proactive mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc or equivalent) – advantage.
- Experience with CRM or CS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) and Microsoft Office - an advantage.
- Experience in Customer Success Operations, Sales Administration, or Business Operations - an advantage.
