About this role
We are looking for a highly motivated Office Admin to join our happy growing company as part of our Admin team.

Responsibilities
- Be the face of our company! Provide excellent experience to every employee and visitor.
- Manage office supplies and procurement.
- Work with the Employee Experience Specialist to assist in executing employee experience activities.
- Coordinate office maintenance with external vendors and our maintenance team.
Requirements
- Friendly team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- “Can-do” attitude and strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hebrew, with effective written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Available for full-time on-site work (9:00-18:00).
- Previous experience as an office admin
- Experience with travel management (Mesh, Navan)
