About this role

As we scale, we’re looking for a driven Contract Sourcer to help build strong talent pipelines for our most critical roles, from seasoned enterprise sales leaders to technical experts and customer success professionals.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, is naturally curious, and can balance persistence with creativity in finding the right people. You’ll partner closely with our recruiting team and business leaders to uncover, engage, and excite top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles for high-priority positions.
  • Build and manage robust pipelines of qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and bring fresh, creative strategies to expand reach (niche platforms, referrals, talent communities, social media, etc.).
  • Conduct initial outreach and nurture relationships with passive talent to spark interest in Aidoc.
  • Research markets, competitors, and industry trends to proactively identify target talent pools.
  • Track and maintain sourcing activity in our ATS (Comeet) and ensure candidate data is accurate.
  • Collaborate closely with 3 recruiters to prioritize roles, share insights, and optimize strategies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Aidoc’s mission and values to potential candidates.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally within SaaS, startups, or fast-growing companies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales hiring (Regional Account Directors or similar complex sales roles) is a strong plus.
  • Bonus: experience sourcing in healthtech / healthcare SaaS.
  • Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and open to experimenting with new sourcing tools and methods.
  • Ability to research, think critically, and creatively connect with passive talent.
  • Strong written communication and outreach skills that can capture attention.
  • Highly adaptable, quick to learn new industries and role types.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Self-motivated, hungry to learn, and excited to make an impact.
