The Dev Department’s main responsibility is developing Aidoc’s customer-facing solution end-to-end. This includes integrating into hospitals’ data sources, developing ETL pipelines for various types of medical data, and deployment of medical deep learning algorithms in production, with the overall goal of enhancing medical workflows and helping doctors perform at their best.

• Be a leader. Provide technical guidance, personal and career development, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
• Work as an integral part of our senior (and super strong) development team.
• Have a leading role, central responsibility and will be the owner for the design and development of many of our services, components, and projects.
• Receive end-to-end ownership for product features from ideation to deployment, and work closely with the Product team to bring the team’s imagination to life.
• Be trusted with autonomy, freedom and influence to design solutions and make technical decisions, in a critical position for the company’s growth.
• Have end-to-end production ownership. You will be accountable for your team’s production environments and make sure your team’s deliverables are operating as expected in the real world.
• Integrate and continuously improve agile methodologies within your team.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in building complex software systems.
• At least 2 years of experience as a team leader
• Full Stack web applications development experience
• Experience with Electron.js or other desktop application technology - advantage.
• Experience in developing high-scale projects end-to-end
• AWS/GCP/Azure development experience - advantage
• DevOps experience - advantage
• Passion for elegant and effective technological solutions, and a love for clean code.

• Independent learning capability and curiosity without boundaries.
• Proven ability to motivate people and instill ownership, teamwork, and commitment.
