What you’ll do & Who you are
Working Student – Executive Team Support (d/f/m)
Location: Berlin | Hours: 20 hours/week | Start: As soon as possible
About The Role
We're looking for a motivated and organized Working Student to support the executive team at mobile.de with day-to-day administrative tasks. You'll work alongside our Executive Assistants and interface with senior stakeholders across the company; and will gain firsthand exposure to how leadership teams operate—especially when it comes to communication, prioritization, and smooth execution behind the scenes. This is a great opportunity to build professional skills in executive support, stakeholder communication, and project coordination — all while completing your studies. If you enjoy structure, like making things run better, and want a front-row seat to how decisions and collaboration work at management level, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
- Travel & Logistics Support: Coordinate domestic and international travel (research options, book trips, create clear itineraries, and help with practical logistics).
- Executive Communication Support: Draft, proofread, and format short updates, meeting materials, and (occasionally) slide content—always with a sharp eye for tone and clarity.
- Event & Offsite Support: Help plan and run internal events, leadership workshops, and team offsites—from initial planning to day-of execution and follow-ups.
- Project & Process Coordination: Support small cross-functional initiatives (e.g., collecting inputs, tracking action items, preparing templates, keeping stakeholders aligned).
- Operational Admin Excellence: Prepare expense reports, maintain simple documentation, support filing/record-keeping, and take on ad-hoc tasks that keep the executive office running smoothly.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners where needed—professional, friendly, and dependable.
What You’ll Learn
- How an international leadership team works day to day (and what “good operational support” looks like)
- How to communicate crisply and professionally with senior stakeholders
- How to manage multiple streams of work, prioritize, and deliver with high quality
- How to coordinate logistics and projects in a fast-paced environment
Your Profile
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Social Sciences, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a natural sense for “what needs to happen next”
- Proactive, reliable, and structured, with the ability to juggle tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
- Confident with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (Docs/Slides/Sheets or Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a practical, solution-oriented approach
- Available 15–20 hours/week, with flexibility around exam periods
