What you’ll do ​& Who you are

We are seeking a Procurement Manager (d/f/m) to join our growing team in Berlin. As a key member of our Procurement function, you will be instrumental in managing key indirect categories, especially IT and Marketing, driving cost efficiency, and building strong supplier partnerships. You will support the transformation of our procurement processes toward a more data- and technology-driven model and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, Finance, and Product & Tech teams.
This is a hybrid role, our office is located in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Procurement Lead - Kleinanzeigen.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the key Procurement contact for local stakeholders, supporting teams and guiding them to follow the procurement process.

  • Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives across multiple categories, including IT, Marketing, Professional Services, and Corporate Services.

  • Co-create local procurement processes and implement new tools, contributing to sourcing process automation and data- and AI-supported decision-making.

  • Lead RFx processes, negotiations, contract management, and benchmarking.

  • Collaborate with the Adevinta Global Strategic Sourcing team to align on priorities, strategies, and execution plans.

Who You Are

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Vendor Management, or Indirect Procurement, with a strong focus on IT, Tech, and Marketing categories.

  • You take a proactive, hands-on approach and bring a challenger mindset.

  • Experience with procurement tools and exposure to onboarding new solutions, digital tools, or AI-enabled processes is a strong advantage.

  • You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • You are fluent in English and have good German language skills (B2 level).
