What you’ll do
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction of our products. You will lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, defining and prioritizing features based on strategic objectives and customer insights.
  • Manage complex product initiatives, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Mentor and guide junior Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement monetization strategies to maximize product revenue.
  • Drive continuous improvement of product processes and methodologies.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the product backlog is well defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
  • Work hands on with the development team to ensure that the product is build to the required specification.
Qualifications
Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
  • Strong experience in managing complex product initiatives and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Proven ability to develop and implement monetization strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Experience with user research and user centered design.
  • Positive energy, hands-on mindset, and exceptional team player qualities.
