What you’ll do & Who you are
Kleinanzeigen is looking for a Working Student (20 hours/week) to support the operations of our fast-growing Real Estate Business Unit.
As part of the Real Estate Business Development team, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our real estate category. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Analytics, as well as with internal and external partners, to help drive efficiency and growth across the business.
This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin Charlottenburg. You report to the Real Estate Leadership Team.
What You’ll Do
Operations: Support the team in day to day tasks and operational planning across various functions, including Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Executive Support: Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Business Unit leadership team. Assist with scheduling, room and venue bookings, internal communications, and document preparation.
Events: Contribute to internal event planning by managing smaller events independently and supporting major events across the Real Estate Business Unit. Take ownership of specific action items and ensure progress is tracked.
Projects: Actively support operational and strategic projects within the Real Estate Business Unit, such as improving ways of working, conducting market and competitive analyses, and generating user insights.
Reporting: Maintain, optimize, and prepare reports and analyses to support decision making.
Who You Are
You are currently enrolled in a German university and study for at least another year. Your degree program is in economics, business, or a related field.
You ideally bring initial professional experience in real estate or commercial functions through relevant internships or similar roles.
You show initiative and drive, with a proactive and solution oriented mindset that helps your team achieve great results.
You are motivated to take on responsibility and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
You communicate clearly, enjoy collaboration, and connect easily with colleagues from all backgrounds.
You have very good English skills, and fluency in German is a strong plus.
