What you’ll do ​& Who you are

What you’ll do

You’ll be a core member of our newly formed in-house Creative Studio, helping us deliver high-quality, high-performance content at scale for B2C and B2B. Working closely with marketing, brand, and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll bring creative briefs to life across a wide range of visual formats.

This is a hands-on role for a strong all-rounder with solid craft, a sharp eye for design, and a mindset for iteration, learning, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design a variety of assets including display banners, social ads, short-form content, illustrations, sales decks, infographics, landing page visuals, and presentation templates

  • Execute briefs with strong brand and marketing alignment, delivering production-ready designs that support campaign objectives and performance goals

  • Adapt and iterate creative for performance marketing campaigns, applying a test-and-learn mindset and an understanding of what drives visual impact and conversion

  • Create modular design components, reusable templates, and scalable visual systems to boost production efficiency

  • Develop new design formats within the brand CI and adapt them to various platforms and delivery specifications

  • Create animations and motion graphics for digital assets, social media, and campaign content

  • Give feedback and guidance to peers and stakeholders to ensure visual work aligns with brand CI and meets quality standards

  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and delivery excellence

  • Work in a high turnaround, test-driven environment with agile sprint cycles, and respond quickly to feedback and new priorities

  • Help identify opportunities to improve creative output, workflow processes, and tooling as part of an evolving Creative Studio setup

Who you are

  • You have 3+ years of experience in graphic or visual design, ideally within a marketing or creative team or at a creative agency

  • You have hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, Nano Banana, Canva Magic Studio, Firefly) to accelerate asset production, automate repetitive tasks, or generate creative concepts, and can show examples of this in your portfolio.

  • You’re skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and embrace platforms like Canva to stay up to date with design trends and standards

  • You can interpret and apply brand guidelines flexibly across various formats and platforms

  • You’re curious and comfortable exploring AI-assisted creative tools to enhance creativity and productivity

  • You leverage AI-powered workflows and automation to enhance design processes and deliver innovative creative solutions

  • You proactively seek ways to scale design output while maintaining visual quality and brand integrity, and ideally can share examples of how you’ve done this in previous roles

  • You have an interest in what drives performance and are open to using high-level data or test results to refine designs

  • You understand agile creative workflows, are comfortable with fast turnarounds, and enjoy solving design challenges in a collaborative environment

  • You’re fluent in English (for internal communication) and ideally have an intermediate or higher level of German (for asset creation)

  • You have an eye for detail, a drive for consistency, and a bias toward action

  • You’re comfortable with basic motion or video editing to support short-form social or paid asset creation when needed

  • Bonus if you’ve worked with CMS or DAM systems or contributed to internal documentation/template creation and management
