The Role
We are looking for a hands-on, creative and data-driven Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment, and who wants more than “just recruitment.”
This is a hybrid role. While your main focus will be end-to-end Talent Acquisition, you will also contribute to broader HR initiatives such as onboarding, learning and development, employee experience, or process improvement.
The balance between TA and generalist work will depend on business needs and your own growth ambitions. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their TA expertise and broaden their career within People and Culture.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full recruitment process from role briefing to offer and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define needs, design job descriptions, and ensure a great candidate experience.
Build and nurture talent pipelines for key roles
Drive employer branding initiatives and help position Fotocasa Group as a great place to work!
Train and coach managers on topics such as interviewing without bias and writing inclusive job descriptions.
Own and optimize our Talent Acquisition system, ensuring a smooth and data-driven recruitment process.
Leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency, reporting, and candidate experience.
Keep recruitment data clean and structured, using insights to drive smarter hiring decisions.
Collaborate on general HR projects, from onboarding to engagement and process improvement.
Ensure that recruitment and HR operations remain compliant with Spanish labor law.
What You’ll Bring
At least 5 years of recruitment experience in Tech and scale-up environments.
Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple functions.
A genuine interest in broadening your HR expertise beyond TA
Experience with employer branding and inclusive hiring practices.
Growth mind set, you are analytical, data-driven and focused on AI
Resilient, adaptable, and proactive; ambiguity energizes you.
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
