The Role
As Finance Controller you will own the month-end closing process as well as lead a high-performing transactional finance teams for R2R & P2P. You will be the main owner of Balance Sheet & Cash Flow control and reporting.
What You’ll Do
Responsible of month-end closings. Preparing consolidated balance, P&L and cash flow.
Monitoring compliance with accounting and financial regulations as well as coordinating with external financial, compliance and tax auditors.
Implementation of internal controls and process optimization
Ensuring the accuracy of the investments and responsible for asset management.
Collaboration with Tax team for its presentation.
Oversee AP Processes as well as P2P & R2R flows.
Review the bank conciliations and ensure smooth P2P Processes.
Prepare accurate and timely management reports as well as clear insights to the Head of Finance
What You’ll Bring
5+ years in Finance Controller leadership within mid environments (ideally €50-100m+ revenue).
Strong finance background (experience in Big4, consulting, or audit highly valued).
Strong command of ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Netsuite, Navision, MS Dynamics) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools knowledge (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Background in tech, start-up, or scale-up environments — you’re comfortable building from scratch.
Growth mind set, you are analytical, data-driven and focused on AI
Resilient, adaptable, and proactive — ambiguity energizes you.
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
