What you’ll do & Who you are
Main Mission :
The UX Researcher is responsible for exploring, understanding, and analyzing user behaviors, needs, and expectations to inform the design and decision-making of product teams.
You play a key role in providing both strategic and operational insights to ensure engaging and effective user experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Research Planning and Management :
Define research objectives in collaboration with product and design teams at the crew level
Identify appropriate research methodologies (quantitative, qualitative, or mixed)
Plan and coordinate user studies (interviews, usability tests, surveys, data analyses)
Support crew teams during quarterly discoveries and tactical research initiatives
Conducting Research :
Conduct interviews, observations, and usability tests to gather qualitative data
Perform quantitative studies by analyzing behavioral and numerical data using tools such as Hotjar, Chattermill, surveys, or similar platforms
Apply methods such as card sorting, ethnographic studies, or heuristic evaluations
Analysis and Synthesis :
Analyze research findings and extract relevant insights
Produce clear and visual reports to share results with stakeholders
Identify opportunities for improvement to optimize user journeys
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with product, design, marketing, and development teams to integrate insights into decision-making
Participate in design workshops (ideation, sketching) to guide solution development.
Evangelize user research within the company by training and raising awareness among teams about its importance
Continuous Optimization :
Monitor evolving user needs and adjust research activities accordingly
Implement continuous improvement processes for data collection and analysis
Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the UX research field
Required Skills
Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Proficiency with analysis and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, Maze, Lookback, etc.)

Good knowledge of user research tools (
Quantitative: SurveyMonkey, Maze, Optimal Workshop, etc.
Qualitative: UserZoom, Maze, etc.
Panel creation: Toluna, UserTesting, etc)
Understanding of business language and challenges
Proficiency in English and French, including the ability to conduct interviews in English and French
Interpersonal Skills :
Strong ability to communicate research findings clearly and impactfully
Skilled at collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
Empathy and active listening to understand user needs
Analytical Skills :
Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
Rigor in collecting and structuring information
