🌍 Context

Our team’s core mission is to deliver critical multi-channel notifications — emails, SMS, mobile and web push. These services directly support the daily experience of millions of users.

We’re strengthening our team with a Senior Backend Go Developer to design, scale, and ensure the reliability of our high-performance, high-availability platform.

🚀 Your Mission :

As a Senior Backend Go Developer, you’ll play a key role in the development and evolution of our notification system. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Designing and developing Go-based microservices

  • Gradually migrating the existing system to a scalable and robust Go architecture

  • Optimizing performance and scalability

  • Developing key services: push notifications, subscription management, templating, tracking & analytics

  • Integrating with the broader tech ecosystem (AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis, external APIs)

  • Implementing monitoring solutions (Datadog, Kibana, Grafana, etc.)

👤 Profile :

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in backend development, including 3+ years in Go

  • Strong expertise in microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems

  • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB)

  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

  • Solid understanding of messaging/pub-sub architectures

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Fluent in French

Technical Skills

  • Go expertise: goroutines, channels, idiomatic patterns, memory optimization

  • Architecture: microservice design, REST APIs, messaging/pub-sub patterns

  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS (SQS, SNS, RDS, ElastiCache), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

  • Monitoring & Resilience: Datadog, Grafana, Kibana

  • Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB

  • Technical leadership and proactive mindset

  • Strong collaboration skills in a cross-functional team

  • Good communication and knowledge-sharing abilities
