What you’ll do & Who you are
We are looking for a CRM Specialist who combines a marketing mindset with technical curiosity and a 360° understanding of the customer lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in supporting the execution and optimization of our multi-channel CRM strategy across coches.net, motos.net, and Milanuncios.
Reporting to the CRM Lead, you will contribute to the setup and orchestration of targeted campaigns across key channels such as email, push notifications, in-app messaging, browser, and WhatsApp. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless flow of customer data, accurate segmentation, and personalized, timely communications that drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the broader impact of CRM within marketing, has hands-on experience with tools like Braze, and is eager to evolve within a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.
You will
Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle campaigns in close collaboration with the CRM Lead, aligned to business goals and customer behavior insights.
Operate within Braze as a key platform, while understanding its role within the broader CRM ecosystem (data, events, journey logic, and analytics).
Help design and maintain multi-step lifecycle journeys, triggered communications, and audience segmentation logic.
Partner with the Head of CRM and cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Tech) to ensure CRM is deeply connected to the wider customer experience and platform infrastructure.
Define customer segments, orchestrate personalized journeys, and leverage automation to deliver relevant and timely communications.
Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B and multivariate tests to continually improve impact (open rate, CTR, retention, conversion, etc.).
Own campaign reporting and data analysis: derive insights, identify opportunities, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
What we're looking for
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication is desired.
+3 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a digital product or marketplace environment.
Working knowledge of Braze (or similar platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, etc.) and how it fits into a broader CRM architecture.
Understanding of the full CRM lifecycle, including segmentation, personalization, journey logic, and channel orchestration.
Analytical mindset and confidence working with data, customer flows, and campaign performance metrics.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative attitude.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) to work effectively across teams.
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or other data tools.
Experience with app marketing and mobile engagement strategies.
Exposure to MarTech/AdTech stacks and marketing automation workflows.
Interest in emerging CRM technologies and best practices.
