Attached to the Sales Department, you will join the EngExploit team, a key player in ensuring the efficiency of providing communication channels and contact rules for our clients and prospects.

Mission Description

Join Leboncoin, a leading and essential player in the French online classified ads market!

Leboncoin offers professional advertisers a wide range of effective solutions for publishing, promoting, and quickly monetizing their listings (Real Estate, Automotive, etc.).

These solutions are marketed by our sales force, composed of more than 200 sales representatives throughout France.

Within the Sales Division, your mission will be to optimize existing services and ensure efficient customer support. You will also be responsible for guaranteeing the smooth operation of our telephony systems (Diabolocom solution) for Sales and Support services.

Main Responsibilities

Functional configuration of the solution

  • Creating call scenarios

  • Administering the platform

  • Creating wallboards

  • Using Diabolocom, Salesforce, or other APIs

  • Monitoring statistics and managing Sales and Service environments (productivity KPIs, production, QoS)

  • Writing functional documentation

  • Training business teams on the tool

User request management

  • Handling user requests and advising business teams in defining their needs

  • Contributing to the definition and evolution of the Diabolocom solution usage

  • Proactively suggesting improvements to optimize customer relationship management through this channel

  • Training users

  • Implementing and testing new versions, ensuring consistency with existing systems

Tool support and maintenance

  • Communicating with impacted users

  • Monitoring incidents, designing and proposing solutions

  • Anticipating potential malfunctions through proactive monitoring to ensure optimal service quality

Project management and support

  • Leading and supporting projects from both technical and functional perspectives

Reporting

  • Providing regular activity reports to management

Profile & Skills

  • Higher education degree (minimum Bac+2 in IT) with significant experience in functional administration of multichannel contact centers equipped with specialized contact center software (Diabolocom, Genesys, Vocalcom, Nixxis).

  • Experience in project management is appreciated.

  • Beyond your technical expertise, you have demonstrated strong project-based working skills as well as writing abilities (executive summaries, user guides, etc.).

  • You enjoy interacting with others and are recognized for your strong communication and interpersonal skills (public speaking, facilitation).

  • You are service-oriented, attentive, and a good listener.

  • You possess strong analytical, synthesis, and methodological rigor skills.

  • You are fluent in french
