We’re Adevinta, a global leader in digital marketplaces. Our household name brands, including Marktplaats in the Netherlands, mobile.de in Germany and leboncoin in France, reach hundreds of millions of people every month.

We’re all about matchmaking, and our sites help people find whatever they’re looking for in their local communities – whether it’s a car, an apartment, a sofa or a new job. Every connection made or item found makes a difference by creating a world where people share more and waste less.

Our brands are supported by global Tech Hubs in Barcelona, Amsterdam, Paris and Berlin. Their goal is to develop common global products and innovation platforms which all of our brands can use. This means using cutting edge technology to create highly scalable, customisable and secure products and components that free up development time and leverage our access to global data.

What you’ll do & Who you are

We are looking for a Senior Engagement & Organic Growth Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategies aimed at strengthening customer loyalty and driving the growth of the Subito brand.

This role will be responsible for designing and implementing programs to increase customer loyalty, boost sales, and optimize user engagement, with a particular focus on user re-engagement through CRM channels (email marketing, push notifications, in-app messaging), organic traffic growth, and the analysis of purchasing behavior.

The selected candidate will lead the Engagement Team, which includes SEO and Subito Magazine activities, and will work closely with the Product Marketing team to ensure a fully integrated and high-performing marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies across the entire user lifecycle, including email campaigns (DEM), push notifications, and in-app messaging, with the goal of expanding the user base, reducing operational costs, and improving sales performance and profitability within a marketplace platform

  • Design, implement, and manage loyalty and rewards programs to promote customer retention and encourage repeat purchases, with a focus on user identification, service, and long-term engagement

  • Develop and refine database segmentation strategies to increase sales and deliver personalized, relevant messaging for each customer

  • Create analytical reports and performance metrics to monitor customer loyalty and behavioral patterns

  • Oversee and directly manage SEO strategies, ensuring implementation and continuous optimization to increase Subito’s organic traffic

  • Coordinate and supervise editorial activities for Subito Magazine, ensuring alignment with engagement and growth objectives

  • Maximize cross-collaboration between Subito’s generalist section and the “Motori” vertical, enhancing user journeys across categories

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing team to ensure alignment between engagement strategies and product development

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related fields

  • Proven and significant experience (minimum 5 years) as a CRM Manager or Senior Marketing Manager. Preferred experience in e-commerce, re-commerce, or marketplace environments, though we also welcome candidates from industries where customer relationship management and long-term value creation are critical — such as Travel, Banking, Gambling, or other digital services with a strong focus on retention and loyalty

  • Deep understanding and demonstrable experience in managing CRM strategies (DEM, push notifications, in-app messaging) and in data segmentation for customer loyalty programs, with the ability to define high-value user segments and develop churn prevention strategies

  • Strong familiarity with key performance metrics, including LTV (Lifetime Value), campaign ROI, and Customer Acquisition Cost, with the ability to analyze data to optimize strategies and support data-driven decision-making

  • Solid expertise and hands-on experience in organic growth strategies and SEO techniques

  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools to assess campaign performance and understand customer behavior

  • Excellent analytical skills and a strongly data-driven mindset are essential

  • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) for data analysis and reporting

  • Strong command of the English language, required for effective collaboration in a fast-evolving environment

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, with a goal-oriented approach and great attention to detail
