What you’ll do & Who you are
We are looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager to lead our Notiflow team, working in close collaboration with the Engineering Manager.
In this mostly back-end-oriented team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of billions of notifications sent by leboncoin!
Your mission will be to optimize AARRR KPIs through two main levers :
Managing our back-end notification tool: ensuring the deliverability of all leboncoin’s email, push, and SMS notifications while maximizing their conversion rate.
SEO optimization: by supporting the requests of our SEO specialists.
1. Notifications :
Successfully manage the technical migration of the notification tool.
Lead the discovery phase for the redesign of the notification system, aligned with the long-term vision: engage with internal clients (other squads) to define which features should be kept, improved, or discarded.
Define KPIs for tool performance tracking and prioritize back-end tracking requirements with our data engineering team.
Identify and prioritize improvements aimed at optimizing notification deliverability and conversion (SMTP management, notification center upgrades, etc.).
2. SEO Team Enablement :
The squad’s mission is to empower our SEO team with tools that enable greater autonomy in optimizing leboncoin’s visibility.
A key challenge will be to help SEO stakeholders tackle new search challenges related to LLMs (Large Language Models).
Main Responsibilities :
Contribute to defining the team roadmap and planning future product releases with the whole squad.
Prepare, facilitate, and monitor Agile rituals with the Engineering Manager (daily stand-ups, refinements, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives).
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
Collaborate with the Product Designer to craft meaningful user experiences.
Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and document developed features.
Communicate effectively with development teams.
Coordinate with other teams working on the product.
Test newly developed features.
Identify opportunities for product improvement.
Measure the impact of product enhancements.

Required Skills & Profile :
Strong product mindset: autonomy during discovery phases, structured documentation, and clear prioritization.
Technical understanding: ability to communicate effectively with developers and grasp back-end challenges.
Results-oriented: comfortable working with KPIs, data analysis, and product analytics.
Rigor and autonomy: strong sense of ownership and reliability in execution.
You are fluent in french
