What you’ll do & Who you are
We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers get the most value from our solutions. You’ll play a key role in driving product adoption, and maximizing customer retention. You serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support.
This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg.
You report to the Customer Success Lead - Advertising.
What You’ll Do:
Own the end-to-end customer journey - from onboarding through renewal - ensuring satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with Sales to drive revenue growth.
Act as the main point of contact for customer questions, including billing and service-related inquiries.
Monitor campaign performance and product usage, proactively suggesting optimization measures.
Gather and share customer feedback with Product and Business teams to continuously improve our offering.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Tech, Finance, and Project Management to resolve customer needs effectively.
Who You Are:
You have experience in customer success, account management, or another customer-facing role.
You communicate clearly and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
You’re skilled at problem-solving and can navigate complex requests independently.
You bring knowledge of CRM tools and ideally have a background in online advertising.
You hold a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field – or bring equivalent experience.
