What you’ll do & Who you are
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Change & Comms Project Manager to lead and execute strategic communication and change management initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful adoption of new projects, systems, and processes across the organization by effectively communicating changes and managing stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement change management strategies: Create comprehensive plans that address stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and resistance management.
Design and execute communication plans: Develop compelling and consistent messaging across various channels (e.g., email, intranet, presentations, all hands) to inform and engage employees about upcoming changes.
Stakeholder engagement and management: Identify key stakeholders, assess their needs, and develop strategies to ensure their understanding and buy-in throughout the change process.
Training and development: Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and deliver training programs that equip employees with the necessary skills for new processes or systems.
Impact assessment and monitoring: Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and communication efforts, and adapt strategies as needed to ensure successful adoption.
Risk identification and mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and challenges related to change initiatives and develop mitigation plans.
Project management: Oversee the full lifecycle of change and communication projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Content creation: Produce high-quality communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, FAQs, and other relevant documents.
Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, leadership, People, and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in change efforts.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, communications, or project management, with a focus on organizational change.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex change initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP).
Experience with large-scale organizational transformations.
Familiarity with various communication platforms and tools.
