What you’ll do & Who you are
Leboncoin is the largest classified network in France. .
The company is going through a significant transformation in which the Procurement team plays a key role to generate savings.
The ideal candidate will have a background in multiple indirect categories with a focus on IT, is familiar with companies that go through M&As and has excellent communication skills to engage with senior management.
The mission will be focused on understanding the needs of the company and building and delivering a solid spend management program.
Responsibilities:
Manage spend in multiple indirect categories (Marketing, Product & Technology, Professional Services, Transactions and Corporate Services) focusing on local market needs
Work closely with the Global Strategic Sourcing team to align strategies, priorities and action plans
Be the key point of contact for local stakeholders (go-to-person for any Procurement-related topics in the market)
Drive stakeholder engagement locally and build fruitful collaborations in order to be seen as the local Procurement trusted advisor
Manage local stakeholders’ demand
Provide guidance and support to relevant local stakeholders about the Procurement process (Procurement ambassador) to ensure successful execution of projects & process compliance
Lead any Procurement-related activities locally (RFI / RFQ, negotiation, contract management, market screening, benchmarking…)
Drive supplier relationship management along with key stakeholders
Identify cost improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and positive bottom line impact
Support on the adjustment of ways of working, processes and operating model between Global Procurement and Local Procurement (whenever needed)
Enforce Global Procurement policies and standards
Stay updated on trends for different categories
Interact with other relevant functions (Legal, Finance…)
Report progress / achievements to line management whenever required
Profile:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
+5yr working experience in Procurement
+3yr category management / strategic sourcing experience
Hands-on & proactive; willing to challenge status quo and to work in an ever changing environment as part of the overall corporate transformation
Continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities to leverage existing processes & tools
Data Driven
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and to deal with ambiguity
Strong business acumen
Good analytical and communication skills
Willingness to own and to drive end-to-end initiatives
Team player and team leader
Proficiency in English & Italian (both written and verbal)
Knowledge of of Procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, SAP S/4 Hana, Coupa, others (beneficial but not mandatory)
Ability to work in a hybrid set-up (to cope with the home office & office working mode)
