What you’ll do ​& Who you are

Join our data-driven Analytics team and help shape the future of Kleinanzeigen. We’re a group of problem-solvers who partner across the business – from Core to Customer Support – to translate data into impactful insights. As the analytical partner for our Category Management area, you’ll use data to guide strategy and influence decision-making in a high-impact domain.
This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Head of C2C Analytics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the strategic analytics partner for our Category Management team, driving data-informed decisions across key business areas.

  • Analyze performance indicators such as Lead Conversion, Supply from New Approved Ads, and Premium Feature Purchases to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Design, run, and evaluate experiments on product features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Translate complex questions into actionable insights and visualizations using tools like SQL, Python, or Tableau.

  • Contribute to the wider analytics community by sharing best practices and improving standards for analysis and reporting.

Who You Are:

  • You bring 4+ years of experience in an analytical role, ideally in a product or business context.

  • You excel at converting complex business questions into specific analytical requirements, relevant metrics, and meaningful insights that lead to clear recommendations.

  • You’re able to break down complex projects and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

  • You have a pragmatic approach and know when to dive deep and when to keep it high-level – always focusing on impact.

  • You’re proficient in data tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and have strong knowledge of statistical concepts.

  • You speak English fluently; German skills are a plus.
