Kleinanzeigen is the leading online classifieds market in Germany. An average of more than 50 million ads are available in numerous categories - from children's supplies to electronics to real estate. With more than 36 million users per month, Kleinanzeigen has the widest reach of all online selling platforms in the country. Most of the items traded on Kleinanzeigen are second-hand. In this way, users make an active contribution to sustainability. The Kleinanzeigen market allows companies the opportunity to easily offer their services online. Kleinanzeigen was launched in September 2009 as eBay Kleinanzeigen. Since June 2021, the company has been part of Adevinta, a leading global provider of online classified ads. In May 2023, the name was changed to Kleinanzeigen.

Kleinanzeigen is part of Adevinta: a global online classifieds specialist and sustainability leader with 25+ products in 10 countries.

What you’ll do & Who you are

We’re looking for our first Team Lead, Commercial Partnerships to launch and scale our strategic partner ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead our PRO marketplace partnerships strategy - from building API integrations (launching mid-2026) to shaping co-marketing and community initiatives with B2B players that serve SMBs. You’ll also lead a small but growing team, including Sales Marketing and our future Community Manager.

This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg. You’ll report to the Head of Go-To-Market, SMBs.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and lead our commercial partnerships strategy focused on acquiring and retaining SMB sellers.

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with key partners including ERP/IMS providers, marketplaces, and B2B SaaS tools.

  • Launch API integrations and drive co-marketing and joint GTM activities.

  • Build scalable frameworks for onboarding and measuring partner impact - from first contact to revenue contribution.

  • Teaming up with our future Partner Solutions Engineer, you’ll own the commercial side of partnerships, making sure initiatives move forward smoothly, meet their objectives, and launch on time.

  • Lead the Sales Marketing team member and later build out the Community Manager role.

  • Foster strong alignment across Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing to maximize partner success.

  • Define KPIs for acquisition uplift, retention improvements, and ARPU growth from integrated sellers.

Who You Are

  • 6-8+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Sales in a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment.

  • You’ve closed and scaled commercial partnerships that delivered measurable results.

  • You understand API integrations and how to create win-win ecosystem models.

  • You’re commercially sharp and great at cross-functional collaboration.

  • You have first leadership experience - either through direct people management or leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • You’re fluent in English; German is a plus.
