What you’ll do & Who you are
We are looking for a highly analytical and organized Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations & Customer Intelligence team in our Real Estate Marketplace. This role will serve as a critical link between commercial strategy and execution, with a focus on CRM administration, sales campaigns, sales portfolio and planning management, commercial performance tracking, activity monitoring, and business analysis.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), solid skills in SQL, Excel, and data analytics, and a deep understanding of commercial objectives and sales campaign effectiveness. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, managing customer entity changes, supporting commercial strategy, leading the annual sales planning and providing actionable insights.
Key responsibilities:
CRM Administration & Data Management:
Manage daily operations within the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics or similar), ensuring accuracy of client and sales data.
Administer client portfolio movements between sales agents, maintaining consistency and historical traceability.
Create and update customer entities and manage account hierarchies and relationships.
Serve as the go-to expert for CRM best practices and issue resolution.
Sales Campaigns Management:
Support setup and administration of sales campaigns in the CRM, including segmentation, execution parameters, and workflow automation.
Monitor campaign activity and performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, response rates, revenue impact).
Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure campaigns are aligned with commercial priorities and customer lifecycle stages.
Commercial Objectives Control:
Responsible for tracking progress against commercial goals, such as revenue targets, market share, and other Short-term incentives (STIs).
Maintain accurate records of budget allocations and achievement status per region, team, or agent.
Support quarterly planning and forecasting cycles with data-driven reports and historical analysis.
Analytics & Reporting:
Design and execute SQL queries to extract relevant CRM and sales performance data.
Build and maintain Excel dashboards and reports to provide visibility on sales activities, KPIs, and campaign ROI.
Perform root-cause and trend analysis to identify opportunities or gaps in sales effectiveness.
Business Analysis & Insights:
Analyze key business metrics and customer behavior to support strategic decision-making.
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to sales leaders to improve conversion, retention, and upsell performance.
Work cross-functionally to align business operations, sales strategy, and data integrity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or CRM Administration, ideally in real estate or digital marketplaces.
Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar systems).
Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel (advanced), and CRM reporting tools.
Experience in sales campaign creation, execution, and tracking.
Understanding of commercial KPIs, sales processes, and territory/account management.
Business storytelling and communicating data insights to other departments
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams
Analytical thinker with attention to detail and process orientation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to continuously improve tools and processes.
Nice to have :
Familiarity with BI tools (Qliksense, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Knowledge of real estate client segmentation and digital lead generation dynamics.
Background in performance marketing or sales enablement.
