What you’ll do ​& Who you are

To support the development of the Operations and Real Estate Sales Departments, leboncoin is recruiting a SALES COACH - Real Estate.

Objectives:

- The Sales Coach works within the scope of the field sales teams, on the Real Estate market.

- The Sales Coach's duties include training in sales methods, our processes, sales policy and sales techniques.

- Simulating sales scenarios and preparing training programmes covering all gaps in knowledge.

- Please note that this position requires travel throughout the Ile-de-France region, in order to work closely with the sales staff and their managers.

This position is open to an in-house coaching role; no requests for coaching or external services via this application will be considered.

Ultimately, he/she will ensure that our teams develop their commercial skills and knowledge of our products, so that they succeed in their objectives and represent our brand in the best possible way.

Main tasks:

- Designing and implementing programmes for sales teams based on identified areas for improvement (memos, training books and delivering them to sales teams face-to-face or remotely).

- Organise induction training sessions for new recruits.

- Acting as a coach for sales staff experiencing difficulties.

- Sharing developments in our offerings and sales techniques.

- Observing the way sales staff interact with customers to identify areas for improvement.

- Identify individual and group training needs.

- Organise role-playing activities to simulate difficult customer situations (e.g. how to overcome objections).

- Advise sales staff on how to sell additional products and services.

- Communicating and ensuring compliance with our processes.

- Act as a reference for the correct use of our tools/rules of use.

- Implement various sales training techniques.

- Developing and proposing appropriate training courses.

Profile:

- 2 to 5 years' higher education.

- Good communication skills (listening and oral communication).

- Mastery of teaching techniques and sales techniques.

- Ability to regulate group dynamics during training.

- Proven experience as a trainer and coach.

- Mastery of Powerpoint / Google slides (or LMS tool) and interest in AI.

- Business and sales-oriented, with an understanding of the issues and customer satisfaction.

- Autonomous, dynamic, resourceful, reliable, pragmatic and quick.

Reporting directly to the Head of Real Estate Training, the sales coach will work closely with the sales directors/managers.
